循环泵转速对浮选柱气含率影响研究

摘要:浮选柱气含率对于矿物分选起着重要的作用,而气含率又是由多种因素综合影响的。本文讲述了浮选柱气含率的影响因素,并着重讨论了在循环泵转速影响下的气含率大小变化及轴向分布特点。结论为:随着循环泵转速的增加,浮选柱总气含率是增加的;但随着循环泵转速的增加,气含率轴向分布不均且受循环泵转速影响较大,其中循环泵转速在1200 r/min时,气含率在轴向分布上出现气含率拐点现象。

Study of circulating pump rotation speed affecting the flotation column gas holdup
Abstract:Gas holdup in flotation column for minerals play an important role in sorting, while the gas holdup is again a variety of factors influence. This paper describes a flotation column gas holdup effects of factors, and focused on the circulation pump speed under the influence of the size of changes in gas holdup and axial distribution. Conclusion: With the increase in circulation pump speed, flotation column is to increase the overall gas holdup; but with the circulation pump speed increases, the uneven distribution of gas holdup and the axial rotation speed influenced by the circulating pump, including circulating Pump speed at 1200 r / min, the gas holdup in the axial distribution of gas holdup inflection point appeared on the phenomenon.
