多针-板直流电晕放电反应器电极结构优化及其性能研究

摘要:本文研究多针-板直流电晕放电水处理反应器结构优化配置。从放电功率、放电功率密度的角度出发,通过考察电极结构配置对放电特性的影响,优化了多针-板直流电晕放电反应器的电极配置,并在此基础上将其用于对活性艳蓝染料废水的脱色。结果表明:在针尖间距20 mm、放电间距14 mm条件下,放电功率、放电功率密度取得较大值;在此优化的电极配置下,活性艳蓝染料废水脱色效果显著,当放电电压为13.1 kV时,初始浓度为40.2 mg•L-1的活性艳蓝染料废水经60 min处理后脱色率高达96.7%,废水可生化性提高了3.6倍。

Optimize Electrode Configuration of Multi-needle-to-plate DC Corona Discharge Reactor and Performance Investigation
Abstract:In order to improve discharge energy efficiency and increase removal efficiency of organic pollutants, a multi-needle-to-plate DC corona discharge reactor was designed in this study. The electrode configuration of the reactor was optimized by investigating effects of electrode configuration on discharge characteristics from the points of discharge power and energy density, and then on the basis of optimized configuration, decoloration of dye-containing wastewater was performed. The results show that the optimized electrode configuration was adjacent needle points 20 mm and electrode distance 14 mm, and in this configuration, the decoloration rate of reactive brilliant blue wastewater could be achieved 96.7% at the condition of applied voltage 13.1 kV、initial concentration 40.2 mg/L and discharge time 60 min; Meantime, the biodegradability of the wastewater increased by 3.6 time.
