节流效应对巷道瓦斯积聚的影响研究

摘要:矿井发生火灾时,将会导致气流温度上升,如果此时不能及时加以控制,会产生火风压和节流效应,容易引发系统状态紊乱,甚至造成整个通风系统的风流紊乱。本文通过分析火灾产生的节流效应的本质及其机理,认为节流效应对赋存在煤(岩)层中的瓦斯影响不大,而对散布在井下空气中的瓦斯有较大影响,并且分析了不同巷道发生火灾时对瓦斯积聚的影响,得出下行通风巷道要比水平巷道和上行巷道的情况更加复杂,因此要保证下行通风方式的矿井发火时不发生瓦斯积聚的现象也将更加困难。

Study of Impact of Throttling Effect on Gas Accumulation
Abstract:During mine fire, it will result in temperature rise. If it couldn’t be controlled in time, fire pressure and throttling effect may appear, and the airflow state may be disturbed, even lead to the chaos of the airflow state of whole ventilation system. By analyzing the nature and mechanism of the throttling effect, it’s thought that it has a little effect on the gas of existing in coal (rock), while it affects the gas of dispersion in the air greatly. And an analysis of the effects of gas accumulation in various tunnels fire, the situation of downward ventilation is more complex than the horizontal tunnel and upward tunnel. So it’s more difficult to ensure that gas accumulation doesn’t occur when the coal mine has the fire with the downward ventilation.
