多转录因子组合调控与其表达一致性研究

摘要:转录因子组合调控机制对基因功能研究是功能基因组学中十分有意义的工作,DNA基因芯片检测技术可同时检测成千上万个基因表达量,为在基因组层面研究转录因子组合调控与其基因表达一致性研究提供可能。在本文中,我们提出一种新的信息学方法,该方法可识别转录因子三元组与其靶基因,并给出转录因子组合调控与基因表达一致性关联测度。同时,我们将该方法应用于啤酒酵母转录调控研究中,发现47个转录因子三元组,并且高频出现,与其目标基因表达有高度的一致性。

Research on the ternary groups of transcription factors in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Abstract:Combinatorial regulation of transcription factors is a very significant phenomenon in eukaryotic transcriptional regulation. Recently, there has been a lot of genomic level methods researching the combinatorial regulation of transcription factors, based on micro arrays. However, most of them has mainly focused on the interaction between two transcription factors. We propose a novel method to study the combination control of three transcription factors. Through the integration of gene expression profiles and ChIP-chip data, we can predict the biological relevance of transcription factors. Identify those close relations of the three transcription factors, known as transcription factors ternary groups. We use beer yeast as target organism and a total of 47 transcription factor ternary groups has been found. Analysis of the results of yeast transcription factor ternary groups, we found that the transcription factor repeated many times. Concluded that a small number of groups transcription factor control the complex yeast expression patterns.
