有限方位扫描的光声断层成像分辨率研究

摘要:由于同时具有高分辨率和高对比度的优点,生物组织的光声成像已经成为当前研究的热点。目前,光声成像的研究主要局限于全方位扫描成像,与有限方位扫描光声成像有关的研究较少。本文通过有限元仿真实验,定量地研究了有限方位扫描对反投影光声断层成像分辨率的影响,并且给出了有限方位扫描角与分辨率之间关系的经验公式。本文的研究结果对光声成像扫描轨迹设计、成像效果评估等具有参考价值。

Study of the resolution of limit-viewed photoacoustic tomography
Abstract:Photoacoustic imaging modality in biological tissue possesses potential advantages of high contrast and resolution, and arouses general interest among researchers nowadays. However, most of previous works were limited to the full-viewed scanning fashion, and to the best of our knowledge, few have contributed to the limit-viewed scanning fashion until now. In this study, we investigate the effects of the limit-viewed scanning fashion on the resolution of photoacoustic imaging which is based on the Back-Projection modality quantitatively. We provide an empirical formula, which can approach our numerical result quite well, to predict the relationship between the scanning angle and resolution.
