丹酚酸抑制高糖高脂内皮细胞凋亡及不同时间点研究

摘要:目的 以洛伐他汀为阳性对照,选取不同作用时间,观察丹酚酸B抑制高糖高脂诱导的内皮细胞凋亡的作用。方法 以糖基化终末产物(AGEs)和氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)联合作用诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡,通过hochest33258染色,观察并比较丹酚酸B及洛伐他汀作用不同时间(12、24、36、48、72h),抑制高糖高脂诱导的内皮细胞凋亡的效果。 结果 研究表明,洛伐他汀作用12、24h时,抑制内皮细胞凋亡效果明显,而丹酚酸B作用36、48及72h抑制内皮细胞凋亡效果显著。结论 与洛伐他汀相比,丹酚酸B抑制高糖高脂诱导的内皮细胞凋亡的作用发挥得较迟缓,但效果持久。

Dan fatty acids inhibit endothelial cell apoptosis in high glucose and study at different time points
Abstract:Objective To lovastatin as a positive control to select different time and watch Chadan fat acid B inhibited high glucose-induced endothelial cell apoptosis. Approach to advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) combined effects of induced apoptosis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells, through hochest33258 staining and compared the role of Sal B and lovastatin in different Time (12,24,36,48,72 h), inhibited high glucose-induced endothelial cell apoptosis in high-fat effect. The results of studies have shown that lovastatin effect 12,24 h, the inhibitory effect of endothelial cell apoptosis significantly, while the role of Sal B inhibition 36,48 and 72h endothelial cell apoptosis results are obvious. Conclusions Compared with lovastatin, Sal B high-sugar high-fat-induced inhibition of endothelial cell apoptosis play a little bit more slow, but the effect was lasting.
