微量有机硅的分析及有机硅在不同基质上的吸附性能研究

摘要:本文以改进的硅钼蓝分光光度法作为测试手段,研究了有机硅在织物、器壁、残液三种不同基质上的吸附沉积性能。结果表明:有机硅在织物上的吸附性能不仅与有机硅和纤维间的反应性、范德华力、极性基团间的库伦力、氢键等作用力有关,同时还与有机硅的分子极性、硅乳粒径等因素相关;有机硅在洗衣机器壁上的吸附性能则遵循以下规律:分子的极性越高、线性较好、无侧链或侧链较简单、有极性端基、不含水溶性基团,则在极性器壁的表面吸附量就越高。

Study on Trace Analysis of Silicones and their Adsorption Performance on Different Matrix
Abstract:In this paper, the relationship of the silicone adsorption and its structure is studied through testing the silicone amounts on the fabric and the wall by silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry method. The results showed that,the Coulomb force, not only van der Waals force between silicone and fibers, the polar groups hydrogen bonding, but also the molecular polarity of silicone and silicon particle size and size distribution influence the silicone adsorption properties on fabric. The adsorption results on walls showed that stronger the silicone polarity, polar groups as the end-group, the worse the water soluble character, the much more silicone adsorption.
