人工基因网络中双耦合振子的动力学研究

摘要:为探索控制蛋白质合成的机理,本文给出了一种带有胞间通信和相位抑制耦合的基因网络,来描述人工基因振子的动力学特征。在相位抑制作用下,低耦合时,基因振子出现明显的聚类特性,而高耦合时,将出现振幅死亡。不同参数特征的振子被引入网络中,各自的动力学行为在耦合下被改变。

Dynamics of dual coupled oscillators in a synthetic genetic network
Abstract:This paper presents a synthetic genetic network based on intercellular communication and phase repulsion to describe the dynamics of the synthetic genetic oscillators. As a result of the phase repulsion, the oscillators show clustering features under low coupling and reach death under high coupling. Oscillators with different parameters are coupled in this network for further discussion.
