巷道表面位移观测技术的创新性研究

摘要:巷道表面位移是最基本的巷道矿压观测内容,常用十字交叉法进行测量。目前,十字交叉法是进行巷道表面位移观测最为简便的方法之一。但是,实际应用发现,十字交叉法测量巷道表面位移仍然费时耗力;当机电设备运行到测面位置时,两帮移近量无法测量;高瓦斯矿井风速很大时测量困难,测量误差很大甚至无法测量;测量时阻碍巷道通行,影响生产,测点工程线容易被损。以上问题限制了十字交叉法的应用,给巷道表面位移观测带来了困难,一定程度上给矿井安全生产带来了隐患。论文介绍了一种用于测量巷道表面位移的测绳,并论述了一种新型的巷道表面位移测量方法,其避免了巷道中点的确定,具有连续测量、方便快捷、省时省力等优点,很好地解决了十字交叉法所存在的问题。

Creative research on measuring technology of roadway surface displacement
Abstract:Surface displacement of roadway is the basic components of mine pressure observation. Cross distribution point method is usually used to measure the surface displacement. At present, Cross distribution point method is one of the most convenient way to measure the surface displacement of roadway. However, the results of actual application indicated that. It is of time-consuming labour for cross distribution point method; the sidewall convergence is unable to be measured when electromechanical device moves to the measuring range; it is difficult to measure when the wind speed is high in highly gassy mine and the inaccuracy of measurement is great, even barely measurable; measurement will impact the production and the project wire is easily damaged. The problems above limit the application of cross distribution point method, and, to some extent, bring about extremely safety trouble for coalmine. This paper introduces measuring rope used to measure the surface displacement of roadway . In addition, a kind of new measuring method mathod is stated, which avoids determining midpoint and has the advantages of continuous measurement, convenient and swift and time Saving and is doing well to solve the problems existing in the measuring.
