点传火过程中火药颗粒热应力计算分析

摘要:点传火过程中火药颗粒的力学性能分析对武器系统的安全性及弹道性能的稳定性具有重要的意义。基于点传火过程中火药颗粒的导热机理,分别采用傅立叶热传导和非傅立叶热传导定律建立了描述火药颗粒点传火过程的导热模型。在此基础上,利用热应力计算公式得到了火药颗粒内部应力场的分布。通过数值求解,系统分析了在不同导热模型条件下火药颗粒的力学特性及其破碎的作用方式,同时引入火药颗粒破坏函数的概念,得到了点传火过程中火药颗粒在热应力及燃气压力波作用下的微观破坏行为,揭示了膛炸现象发生的原因。

Calculation Analysis of Thermal Stress of Propellant Grain in Ignition Process
Abstract:Analyzing the mechanical property of the propellant is very important to the security of weapon system and the stability of ballistic property. The Fourier heat conduction law and Non-Fourier heat conduction law are adopted to build the models describing the ignition process. The distribution of the thermal stress about propellant grain is achieved by calculation. The mechanical property of the propellant grain and its fracture way is analyzed by numerical calculation, and then the microcosmic failure behaviors of the propellant grain in the ignition process by the failure function. As a result, the reason of the breech blows is acquired.
