隧道浅埋暗挖开挖方案优化分析

摘要:本文采用岩土工程通用软件FLAC3D对隧道全断面法、两台阶法、三台阶法和CRD法等典型的浅埋暗挖施工方法进行二维数值模拟,分析了在不同开挖方法下施工对隧道围岩稳定的影响。文中选取了某一实际隧道工程为研究对象,通过对不同开挖方法的施工模拟计算,对比分析了各种方法的隧道围岩位移、应力分布以及塑性区大小的规律与特点。研究结果表明,①从围岩应力控制方面考虑,三台阶法最优,其次为两台阶法、CRD工法和全断面法;②从围岩塑性区大小考虑,CRD工法最优,其次为全断面法、两台阶法和三台阶法;③从围岩位移控制方面考虑,CRD工法最优,其次为三台阶法、两台阶法和全断面法。

Optimization Analytics of Shallow Tunnel Excavation
Abstract:In this paper, Geotechnical Engineering General Software FLAC3D is used to two-dimensional numerical simulation for typical shallow tunnel excavation with right tunnel cross-section method, the upper and lower step method, three-step method and CRD, anglicizing the different effects to the tunnel surrounding rock stability with different excavation method. The paper selected a realistic tunnel as the research object, with construction simulation of different excavation method, it makes comparative analysis of the key points of the tunnel displacement influence coefficient and stress influence coefficient, and summed up the degree of influence and rules of the different excavation methods to the stability of surrounding rock. Study shows that:① considering the controlling to surrounding rock stress, the optimal three-step is the best, followed by two step , CRD engineering and the whole cross-section; ② considering the size of surrounding rock plastic zone, CRD construction is best, followed by full-face, two steps France and the three step; ③ considering the controlling to the surrounding rock displacement, CRD construction is best, followed by three-step , two step and the entire cross-section.
