废旧阻燃电脑外壳的热解动力学

摘要:通过对含有四溴双酚A阻燃剂(tetrabromobisphenol A,TBBPA)的废旧电脑外壳(红外分析鉴定为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂,acryolonitrilr butadiene styrene,ABS)进行热裂解试验和动力学研究,得到不同升温条件下(5K•min-1,10K•min-1,20K•min-1和40K•min-1)阻燃剂分解和塑料裂解的特征温度,以及TBBPA的阻燃机理。根据Arrhenius定律和Friedman方法分析研究对象的热解动力学,所得相关系数均在0.98以上,TBBPA分解和塑料裂解的活化能分别为96.3 kJ•mol-1和93.5 kJ•mol-1。该研究的结果为废旧阻燃ABS塑料的资源化、无害化利用提供可靠的理论参考。

Pyrolysis kinetics of flame-retardant waste computer housings
Abstract:Pyrolysis experiment and kinetic studies were used to investigate the thermochemical characteristics of waste computer housings (acryolonitrilr butadiene styrene(identified with Fourier transform infra-red analysis, ABS) containing tetrabromobisphenol(TBBPA). The decomposition temperatures of TBBPA and cracking temperatures of plastics under different heating rates (5K•min-1,10K•min-1,20K•min-1 and 40K•min-1) were obtained; the flame-retardant mechanism of TBBPA was clarified. Analyzing the kinetic parameters with Arrhenius law and Friedman method, the correlating coefficients are all above 0.98, activation energy of TBBPA decomposition and plastic cracking are 96.3 kJ•mol-1 and 93.5 kJ•mol-1 respectively. The results obtained in this study provide references for innoxiously recycling ABS plastic wastes.
