大豆油油脚皂脚制生物柴油过程中酸化工艺研究

摘要:采用溶剂萃取—酸化—溶剂萃取的方法对大豆油油脚皂脚进行处理,得到可皂化物含量高的酸化油,为生物柴油原料的选择提供一条行之有效的途径。考察了溶剂和酸化条件对酸化油收率的影响,采用正交实验方法得出正己烷萃取后溶液酸化的最佳条件为:水用量30%,硫酸用量2%,酸化温度65℃,酸化时间1.5 h,酸化油收率高达76%,酸化油中可皂化物含量高于90%。

Study on Acidification Process in Preparation Biodiesel from Soybean Oil Foots-Soap Foots
Abstract:Apply the method of solvent extraction - acidification - solvent extraction to treat with the soybean oil foots-soap foots, to get the acidified oil content high proportion of saponifiable matter, an effectively approach for select biodiesel Stuff has been carried out. Inspected the influence of solvent and reaction condition to the acidified oil yield, after the extraction through hexane,the optimal conditions of the acidification through the orthogonal experiments were:the amount of water 30%, the amount of sulfuric acid 2%,the reaction temperature was 65℃,and the reaction time was 1.5h, and the yield rate of acidified oil reached 76 %, the Saponifiable matter contented in acidified oil can be up to 90%.
