非水溶剂中电化学还原四氯化硅

摘要:本文首次选用价格相对低廉的SUP13Cr不锈钢作为工作电极,在室温条件下非水溶剂碳酸丙烯酯中利用电化学方法还原四氯化硅得到沉积硅,并用SEM及EDS对所得样品进行了表征。结果表明:以SUP13Cr不锈钢作为工作电极时,可在-3.0V的电位下将四氯化硅还原为硅沉积在工作电极表面。随着电化学还原时间从1小时延长到4小时,沉积层中的硅元素相对原子含量从3.33%增加到9.29%。

Electrochemical reduction of silicon chloride in a non-aqueous solvent
Abstract:Recently some researchers have studied on electrochemical reduction of silicon chloride. In this paper, we use cheaper SUP13Cr stainless steel as working electrode to electrochemistry reduct silicon tetrachloride in nonaqueous solution for the first time, then character the sample with SEM and EDS. The result indicates that when SUP13Cr stainless steel used as working electrode, silicon tetrachloride can be electrochemistry reducted at -3.0V. As time increases from 1h to 4h, the amount of silicon in deposit increases from 3.33% to 9.29%.
