太原市污泥在生物淋滤过程中N、P等营养成分的变化

摘要:城市污水处理厂污泥含有大量的有机物及N,P,K等营养成分,将其农用是解决污泥问题的一种经济有效的方法。但是污泥中富集了污水中5O%~80%的重金属,若直接在农田施用会导致土壤中重金属累积,进而威胁人类健康,所以如何有效降低城市污泥中重金属含量成为污泥农用的关键问题。本文针对太原市污泥中重金属的特性,以太原市城市污泥作为培养基质,利用以硫代硫酸钠作为生长基质进行生命活动的氧化硫硫杆菌来淋滤去除污泥中的重金属,主要研究了污泥在生物淋滤过程中营养成分的变化情况。

Variation of Nutrient Content Such as N、P in Sludge from Taiyuan City during the Bioleaching Process
Abstract:Sludge from wastewater treatment plant contains massive organic matters and plant nutrient such as N, P, K, and agricultural applicability isa economic and effective method to solve the sludge problem. However, sewage sludge enriched 50%~80% of heavy metals in the sewage, if it was applied directly on the farmland would lead to the accumulation of heavy metals in the soil, threatening human’s health, so how to effectively reduce the concentration of heavy metals in municipal sludge becomes the key issue of sludge agricultural application. According to the characteristic of heavy metals in sewage sludge of Taiyuan city, sewage sludge and sodium thiosulfate were adopted as culture medium and substrate to cultivate Thiobacillus thiooxidans(T.t) for heavy metal removal in the present study, and the change of nutrient content during the bioleaching process were mainly studied.
