自然发火实验测定煤低温氧化活化能

摘要:煤低温氧化活化能是分析煤自燃特性的重要指标。通过对现有活化能测定方法的分析,在热传导与煤氧复合作用理论的基础上,提出了利用可加热的小型自燃发火实验台测定煤低温氧化活化能的方法。利用该方法测试了不同自燃倾向性、不同粒度范围煤样的低温氧化活化能,并研究了动态吸氧量、粒度与活化能之间的关系。结果表明,煤体动态吸氧量越高,活化能越低,但两者之间不呈线性关系;煤体粒度越小,活化能越低。当粒度降低到1mm左右时,活化能不随粒度的降低而变化。运用自然发火实验可以准确测定实际煤体的低温氧化活化能,测试结果符合实际的煤低温氧化特性,可以较好的表征煤自燃倾向性。

Measurement of Activation Energy of Coal Oxidation at Low Temperature by Spontaneous Combustion Experiment
Abstract:Activation energy of coal oxidation at low temperature is an important index to analyze spontaneous combustion character of coal. Though analyzing existing measuring method of activation energy, based on the theory of heat conduction and , a new measuring method of activation energy of coal oxidation at low temperature using small-sized spontaneous combustion experimental table with heating power is developed. Activation energy of coal oxidation with different tendency of spontaneous combustion and size can be measured. Furthermore, the relationship of activation energy with dynamic oxygen consumption and size. The result shows that activation energy decreases with dynamic oxygen consumption increased, but not linearly. The activation energy also decreases with the decreased in size. However, when the size reaches about 1mm, the activation energy is almost changeless. The activation energy can be measured exactly by spontaneous combustion experiment. The result can fit for the practical character of coal oxidation and reflect the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal well.
