石膏木屑板性能的研究

摘要:本试验以木屑代替木刨花,研究制板主要工艺参数木膏比和水膏比对石膏木屑板性能的影响,研究结果表明最佳的木膏比为0.2,水膏比为0.35和0.5。 石膏木屑板中石膏的主要成分为二水石膏,即CaSO4 • 2H2O。通过红外谱图分析,木材中的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素和抽提物单宁与石膏间未产生明显结合,石膏与木材之间仅为物理搭接,无新化学键生成。

Study on the properties of gypsum sawdust board
Abstract:As the dimension of the material changing, the wood-gypsum ratio and the water-gypsum ratio was studied. Replacing wood partical by sawdust, the parameter is the wood-gypsum ratio by 0.2 and the water-gypsum ratio by 0.35 and 0.5 in single factor control. The main composition of the gypsum is dihydrate gypsum in the gypsum sawdust board, namely CaSO4-2H2O. Through the FTIR diagram’s analysis, the cellulose, the half cellulose, the cignin in the wood and the extractives neither combine with the gypsum obviously. So it can be surmised that there is only the physics connections between the gypsum and wood, having no chemistry connection.
