pH值对柠檬酸缓凝效果影响的研究

摘要:本研究通过利用氨水、NaOH溶液调节石膏水化体系的pH值。研究pH值对石膏水化时的Ca2+浓度和石膏刨花板性能的影响。 试验结果表明,不同pH值对石膏刨花板性能影响比较显著,当pH值控制在4-5之间时,板的综合性能较好,这主要是因为弱酸性条件有利于石膏的固化。当水化体系的pH值过高时,随着碱性的增强,柠檬酸的缓凝效果也随之增强,从而造成板强度降低。

Study on the influence of pH on retarding efficiency of citric acid
Abstract:This study through the use of ammonia and NaOH solution, adjust pH value of gypsum hydration system. The effect of pH values on the Ca2 + concentration and properties of gypsum particleboard was studied. Test results showed that pH had remarkable effect on the properties of gypsum particleboard, and the integrated properties were better when the pH is 4-5. That’s because weak acidic condition is good for gypsum curing. When the pH gets higher, the alkalinity becomes stronger. The stronger the alkalinity is, the better the retarding efficiency of citric acid is, and the worse the properties are.
