基于服务网络设计的“五定”班列开行方案优化方法的研究

摘要:随着高附加值货运需求的不断增长,快捷货物运输已成为铁路货运发展的方向。“五定”班列作为铁路快捷货物运输的一种主要形式,得到了迅速发展,显示出了优势。本文针对目前“五定”班列运输组织存在的组织方式和模式单一、班列开行与需求间存在差距等问题,对路网条件下、多方式、多模式的班列开行方案的优化方法进行了研究。将班列开行方案的编制描述为一个班列运输服务网络设计问题,以最大化班列开行的经济效益为上层规划的目标,以货物运到期限最小为下层规划的目标,建立了双层规划模型,给出了启发式求解算法,并通过算例验证了方法的有效性和合理性。

Research on the Optimization of “five-scheduled” Train Service Based on Service Network Design
Abstract:With the rapid growth of high value-added freight demand, express freight transportation has been the development direction of the railway freight transportation. As a main kind of railway express freight transportation, “five-scheduled” train grows rapidly and shows its advantage. To deal with the existing problems in the organization of “five-scheduled” trains such as simplex organization form and mode, the gap between demand and train service and so on, this article researches on the optimization of “five-scheduled” train service under network with multi-form and multi-mode. This article describes train service design as service network design problem and constructs a bi-level programming model. Maximizing the operator’s profit and maximizing the freight’s total transport time is the upper programming objective and the lowering programming objective, respectively. A heuristic algorithm is proposed and validated by a numerical example.
