结构化多相反应器全床及孔道尺度气液分布特征

摘要:本文采用自制的微电导探针,实验考察了结构化反应器内床层整体以及孔道尺度上的气液分布状态,定量给出了不同孔道内的持液量和液栓长度,定义了表征整个床层持液量分布的不良分布因子,比较了两种不同类型的分布器(雾化喷嘴和固定床颗粒分布器)下床层内气液分布状态的差别。实验发现,结构化多相反应器不同孔道内存在明显的持液量和液栓长度的差别。相比之下,在使用固定床分布器时,床层内液体分布较使用喷嘴分布器时更均匀,不同孔道内液栓长度差别也更小,而且固定床反应器下床层内的液栓长度也更小。

Gas-liquid distribution characteristics on the bed and channel scales in monolith multiphase reactors
Abstract:To investigate gas-liquid distribution characteristics in monolith multiphase reactors on both the bed and channel scales, hydrodynamic experiments were carried out in monolith reactors with packings of cell density of 50cpsi and equipped with two different distributors (nozzle and packed bed distributors). Liquid holdups and slug lengths in individual channels were measured by using a self-made micro-conductivity probe. Based on the measurements, the gas-liquid distribution is characterized and analyzed. The results show that 1) a significant difference in liquid hold-up, unit cell velocity and liquid slug length in different channels of monolith packings exists; and 2) the liquid hold-up and liquid slug length distribution in the beds with the packed bed distributor are better than those with the nozzle distributor.
