液压支架液压系统与机械结构联合仿真

摘要:将三维建模软件PRO/E建立的液压支架模型导入动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,与液压分析软件AMEsim建立的液压系统进行了联合仿真,分析了顶板受冲击载荷时安全阀弹簧刚度系数对安全阀动态特性以及对顶梁运动轨迹的影响。结果表明联合仿真是研究液压支架整体动态性能的一种有效方法。

Co-simulation of the hydraulic system and the mechanical
Abstract:In this paper, Importing the hydraulic support model which is built by three-dimensional modeling software PRO/E into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS。The model co-simulates with the hydraulic system model which is built by the hydraulic analysis software AMEsim。When the roof by the impact load , analyzing the spring stiffness coefficient of the safety valve affects on the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve and the top beam trajectory。This way can effectively study on the whole dynamic performance of the hydraulic support。
