生物质材料的塑性加工研究进展

摘要:上世纪中后期研究者们开始致力于将生物质材料转化为热塑性材料的研究,近年来进一步提出生物质材料塑性加工的学术理念并开展了相关研究。本文在概要介绍生物质材料热塑化研究相关成果的基础上,从分析生物质材料的粘弹性及其与主要组分的结构性质关系出发,阐述了在基本保持生物质材料优良性能的前提下进行塑性加工的基本原理,进而提出了通过动态塑化和木塑复合等方法实现塑性加工之可能的技术途径,为生物质材料资源的高效利用探索新的加工利用方式。

Progress in plasticity-processing of bio-based materials
Abstract:Considerable efforts of modification research have been made to convert bio-based materials into thermoplastic materials since the latter half of 20th century, while a new concept of the plasticity-processing of bio-based materials was suggested by the scientists in the recent years, and the related investigations have been performed. In this paper, on the basis of brief introduction of the modification research on the thermoplasticization of bio-based materials and in view of the relationship between the viscoelasticity and its structure-properties of the main components of bio-based materials, the basic principle of plasticity-processing of bio-based materials was discussed. The possible technical route for the plasticity-processing of bio-based materials was further put forward by means such as the dynamic plasticization of bio-based materials and the subsequent bio-based material-plastic compounding. This may open a different way of the processing of bio-based material resources for its effective utilization.
