非对称Mach-Zehnder结构的集成微波光子移相器的设计

摘要:本文基于矢量和技术,通过对一个 0~90度非对称的Mach-Zehnder结构的集成微波光子移相器的设计,详细地推导研究了在光域下微波信号的相移特性以及移相器延时线的几何长度对相依特性的影响,指出了在设计制作移相器时应遵循的误差限。本文的研究结果可为基于矢量和技术的微波光子移相器的设计提供可靠的理论基础。

Design Consideration of Vector Sum Microwave Photonic Phase Shifter Based on Asymmetrical Mach-Zehnder Structure
Abstract:Vector sum microwave photonic phase shifter and the phase-shifting system were researched. There are mainly three aspects in this paper: deducting the expression of the phase shift of the microwave signal, searching for the restriction that makes the microwave signal get phase shift from -90° to 0°, and finding out the restriction on the optical path difference that can most effectively reduce the phase shift error caused by the waveguide fabrication error.
