基于分形理论的零件形状误差与粗糙度建模方法研究

摘要:提出一种零件形状误差和表面粗糙度的建模方法。在分形理论的基础上,结合随机中点位移方法,提出一种零件形状误差的生成算法,再采用W-M函数,根据结构函数法求得零件表面的分形维D,模拟得到零件的表面粗糙度。两者结合,实现带有形状误差和粗糙度的零件表面建模,为装配精度分析和粗糙表面接触分析奠定基础。

Modeling Method of Form Errors and Roughness based on Fractal Theory
Abstract:Modeling methods of form error and surface roughness are presented. Based on fractal theory, with combination of the random midpoint displacement method, we present a generation algorithm of surface form errors, and get height data of the surface. Fractal dimension D of the surface is obtained by use of structure function method which is based on W-M function. With the fractal dimension D obtained, roughness surface of part is simulated. Combining with the former characterization of form error, surface simulation, including form error and roughness, is got. This provides the foundation for assembly precision analysis and contact analysis of rough surfaces.
