基于信号处理的柴油机气门间隙故障诊断

摘要:实测康明斯EQB160-20柴油发动机缸盖振动信号,结合功率谱和小波包分解方法提取气门故障特征,提出了利用各个频段能量比来诊断发动机气门间隙异常的方法。分析结果表明,该方法对气门机构在不解体情况下的快速无损检测及故障诊断有着重要意义。

Signal processing-based fault diagnosis of diesel engine valve clearance
Abstract:Measured EQB160-20 Cummins diesel engine cylinder head vibration signals, combined with the power spectrum and the wavelet packet decomposition to extract features of valve failure is proposed the use of energy in various frequency bands to diagnose the engine valve clearance than the exception method. The results show that the method of the valve body in case of non-disintegration of the rapid non-destructive testing and fault diagnosis is of great significance.
