硝基纤维素对肌酐吸附性能的研究

摘要:本文以纤维素为载体,用环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂制备环氧化纤维素,再接枝上3,5-二硝基苯甲酰氯、合成了硝基纤维素(NC),利用硝基苯环与肌酐形成络合物,达到吸附肌酐的作用。通过吸附动力学曲线、等温吸附曲线及Langmuir和Freundich吸附方程的计算,考察了硝基纤维素对肌酐的吸附效果,结果表明硝基纤维素对肌酐吸附在5h达到平衡,吸附量达到11mg/g,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附模型。

Adsorption Properties of NC for Creatinine
Abstract:NC was prepared by cellulose as the carrier grafting epichlorohydrin and 3,5- dinitrobenzoyl chloride. Determination and study on the adsorption kinetics and the adsorption isotherm which using Langmuir and Freundlich separately were carried out to investigate the adsorption effect of creatinine on NC. The results showed that the adsorption of NC for creatinine reached equilibrium within 5h. The adsorption capacity reached 11mg/g. The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
