辐照处理对碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响

摘要:采用XPS和SEM分析了不同辐照剂量处理对碳纳米管(CNTs)表面化学官能团和形貌的影响;并分析了不同辐照剂量对碳纳米管增强环氧树脂复合材料断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:碳纳米管表面的含氧量和表面粗糙度在200kGy内随着辐照剂量的增加而逐步提高;同时,在辐照处理在一定的剂量范围内能够有效地提高复合材料的断裂韧性。

Effect of irradiation treatment on the properties of CNT/epoxy composites
Abstract:We present here a comprehensive study on the irradiation treatment on the properties of CNT as well as the fracture toughness of the prepared CNT/epoxy composites. The functional groups on the surface of treated CNTs were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Surface appearance of CNTs were examined by Field-emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM). It was found that surface roughness and oxygen content of CNTS raised up steadily as irradiation dose increased within 200kGy. Fracture toughness of CNTs reinforced epoxy cmposites improved obviously in a certain range of irradiation dose.
