基于心理契约违背的跨国并购人力资本整合研究

摘要:跨国并购已经成为大规模企业快速发展的一种重要方式和手段。文章重点着眼于企业跨国并购给员工与企业之间的心理契约基础带来的冲击,并分析在该冲击的影响下,企业与员工之间的心理契约从感知未履行到最终走向破裂的过程。针对心理契约的违背过程,提出相应的措施,以保证企业人力资源整合的有效完成,为企业跨国并购的成功奠定基础。

Human Capital Conformity in Cross-border M & A Based on Psychological Contract violation Theory
Abstract:Transnational mergeration has become one of the important ways for big enterprises to develop quickly. The paper focuses on the impact of employees, psychological contracts brought by the transnational mergeration. In this case, the psychological contract between enterprises and employees has become broken. Based on the psychological changes,corresponding methods have been put forward, so it can help the success of human resource integration.
