摘要:本文综述了重金属对植物生理生化包括光合作用、抗氧化系统、次生代谢物质的影响,并进一步描述了重金属对植物分子生物学层面包括植物大分子结构、重金属胁迫下某些基因的影响,为进一步认识植物对重金属耐性机理以及植物生态修复打下基础。

The effect of heavy metals on physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology of plants
Abstract:This paper summarizes the effect of heavy metals on plants’ physiology and biochemistry, including photosynthesis, antioxidant mechanism and secondary metabolism, and then describes the effect of heavy metals on plants’ molecular biology including molecular structures and gene changes. This knowledge can help us to understand the plants’ mechanism under heavy metals and can be the basis of ecological phytoremediation.
