活性炭处理出水的UV/TiO2光催化消毒试验研究

摘要:本文研究了UV/TiO2对自来水厂活性炭处理出水的消毒与光照强度对消毒效果的影响。对UV/TiO2消毒过程进行动力学分析,并考察了UV/TiO2对细菌光复活的抑制作用。结果表明,UV/TiO2对炭后水中细菌有较好灭活效果,光照剂量为10 mJ/cm2时,对数灭活率能达到1.66-Lg;在相同光照剂量下,减小UV强度延长光照时间,能提高消毒效果;UV/TiO2对炭后水中细菌的灭活符合一级动力学方程;由于UV和RM协同作用,UV/TiO2消毒效率为UV的2倍;UV/TiO2消毒能有效控制细菌光复活。

Study on disinfection of activated carbon filter effluent by UV/TiO2-photocatalysis
Abstract:Disinfection of activated carbon filter effluent by UV/TiO2-photocatalysis and the influence of irradiation intensity on it were studied. The disinfection kinetics of UV/TiO2 was investigated. In addition, Inhibitory effects of UV/TiO2-photocatalysis on photoreactivation were studied. The results show that UV/TiO2-photocatalysis has good disinfection effect for activated carbon filter effluent. The inactivation rate of 1.66-Lg can be achieved with irradiation dose of 10mJ/cm2. The better effect of disinfection can be achieved by reduce irradiation intensity at the same irradiation dose. The disinfection process of UV/TiO2 can be described by the first-order model. For joint action of UV and reactive molecules (RM) in the course of disinfection, the disinfection efficiency of UV/TiO2 is two times bigger than that of UV.UV/TiO2-photocatalysis is able to control the photoreactivation.
