基于GIS的金沙江干流梯级水电开发对生态环境的影响评价探讨

摘要:针对金沙江干流水电开发和生态环境特点,本文建立了生态环境影响评价的指标体系,即:有利影响评价指标主要包括湿地因子和气候影响因子;不利影响评价指标主要包括水生态因子、陆地植被因子、水污染因子和生态敏感区因子,所建立的指标体系能够基本概括对流域生态环境评价的一般规律和特征。提出“最小环境敏感走廊”的技术路线构建金沙江生态环境影响评价模型,利用GIS技术方法完成了研究区的生态环境影响的集成评价。根据GIS定量评价结果,综合对金沙江河谷地貌特征、地质环境特征、各水电站工程库区特征及对生态环境的综合影响状况的认识,进一步开展了各库区区段的定性分析和评价,最终将金沙江干流水电站工程对生态环境影响区划为12个一级区段和26个二级区段。研究成果可为金沙江水电梯级开发与环境保护提供科学依据。

Approaches on Impact Evaluation of Ecological Environment for Hydropower Development in the Main Stream of Jinsha River Using GIS
Abstract:Based on features of ecological environment and hydropower development in the main stream of Jinsha River, this paper established index systems for impact evaluation of ecological environment including advantage factors and disadvantage factors. The advantage factors involved wetland and climate; the disadvantage factors involved aquatic ecological, terrestrial vegetation, water pollution and ecological sensitive area. The established index systems can generalize laws and features of watershed ecological environment evaluation of Jinsha River. Ecological environment evaluation model is established using technical routes of “minimum environment sensitivity corridor”. Integrated impact evaluation of ecological environment is completed using GIS methodology. Based on analysis on river geomorphology, geological environment, each reservoir features and impact situation, brief analysis and evaluation of each sections of reservoir ecological environment are further done. At last reservoir areas are divided into 12 first level sections and 26 sub-level sections for impact evaluation of ecological environment for hydro-power development. The study results supply hydro-power flier development and environment protection with scientific basis.
