光固化漆酚膜的Py-GC/MS分析

摘要:漆酚能在无引发剂条件下,经紫外光辐照固化成膜。其过程与生漆经漆酶催化氧化过程不同,它不是一个不断吸氧的氧化过程。本研究采用气质联用仪(Py-GC/MS)对光固化漆酚膜进行了分析,其结果与漆酚光固化行为机理相吻合。表明漆酚在紫外光辐照下,发生自由基聚合反应、自由基取代反应和Diels-Alder反应。气质联用仪分析结果为漆酚光固化机理提供了重要佐证。

Py-GC/MS investigation on UV cured polyurushiol film
Abstract:Urushiol, the basis of lacquer, can be cured under UV irradiation in the absence of any photoinitiator. The phenoxy radicals produced were thought as reactive species, e.g. excited species to attack the unsaturations in the long side chain (radical polymerization) or phenyl nucleus (radical substitution) to promote the curing process. The UV cured film was a cross-linked polymer, and insoluble in most solvents. In this paper, the pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS ) method was used to investigate the UV cured films. The results from analyzing the pyrolysis product showed that the film-forming underwent radical polymerization, radical substitution, and Diels-Alder reaction as well. This was an evidence that how the films were obtained under UV irradiation.
