环己烷在二氧化钛聚团颗粒的吸附实验与理论模型研究

摘要:本文系统研究了环隙流化床中纳米二氧化钛聚团颗粒的吸附规律。实验在不同环己烷的初始浓度、相对湿度和操作气速情况下,分别研究了环己烷在聚团颗粒表面的吸附平衡量的变化规律;然后分别利用吸附动力学和吸附能量控制模型对吸附规律进行了描述。结果表明,环己烷在聚团颗粒表面的吸附受到环己烷的初始浓度和系统相对湿度的综合作用,且该作用得到动力学模型的验证。

Modeling and Experimental Investigation of Cyclohexane Adsorption into Titania Agglomerates
Abstract:Cyclohexane adsorption into nano-titania agglomerates was investigated in fluidized bed reactor. The amount of cyclohexane adsorbed in equilibrium into nano-Titania agglomerates was studied under different initial cyclohexane concentrations, relative humidity and gas velocity, respectively. The adsorption kinetics and energy-controlling models were used in this paper to describe experimental results, respectively. The results showed that the cyclohexane initial concentration and system relative humidity have a synergy role to influence cyclohexane molecule adsorption into nano-titania agglomerates, which was validated by adsorption kinetic model.
