采动区110kV输电铁塔结构抗地表变形机理研究

摘要:选取山西某矿区110kV线路中的ZT单回路卡字型直线塔作为研究对象,利用ANSYS分析软件建立有限元模型,分析输电铁塔结构在地表变形作用下内力变化机理。分析结果表明:采动区地表变形对输电铁塔结构影响主要集中在塔身下部;在倾斜地表变形过程中,斜材杆件产生较大的附加内力会先于其他杆件破坏;在水平地表变形中,横隔杆件受水平地表位移影响较大首先屈服破坏;在加载工况相同情况下,地表变形位移值由大到小的顺序为:水平压缩、水平拉伸、倾斜变形,因此可将倾斜变形作为地表变形的控制工况。

Study on Anti-deformation mechanism of 110kV transmission tower in mining area
Abstract:Take 110kV transmission tower in mining area of sanxi province for example, establish a finite element model with the use of ANSYS to study the internal force transformation under ground deformation. The results of finite element analysis show that:the influences of mining area deformation focus on the lower part of transmission tower; the diagonal members in the tower always generate more additional internal force than the other members due to incline ground deformation; horizontal ground deformation is most influence on the transverse members of the transmission tower, which resulted in destruction; It shows that the displacement of horizontal compressison, horizontal stretching, and sloping deformation are decreased in above turn when with the same external loads, so we can take the sloping deformation as control condition of ground deformation.
