农田水位调控下水稻净光合速率日变化规律的试验研究

摘要:在蒸渗测坑内进行了水稻各生育阶段的水位调控试验,根据实测资料研究不同水位调控下水稻光合速率日变化规律及其影响因素,研究结果表明:农田水位调控对水稻光合速率日变化有显著影响,水分胁迫(干旱胁迫或奢水胁迫)会降低水稻光合效率,恢复正常水位管理后,受旱处理的水稻净光合速率迅速恢复甚至高于正常水平,出现超补偿效应,涝渍处理的净光合速率仍较低,具有一定的后效性;光合有效辐射强度日变化影响水稻光合速率日变化,水稻光合速率日变化出现“M”曲线的条件是中午的光合有效辐射强度大于600μmol•m-2•s-1,在水分胁迫的情况下,水稻光合速率日变化难以形成“M”曲线;在全天光合有效辐射强度低于600μmol•m-2•s-1时,水分胁迫和正常水分的水稻光合速率日变化曲线均为单峰曲线,全天各时段光合速率差异较小,而且淹水并保持一定渗漏量的受涝处理其光合效率具有一定的优势。

Variation Changes of Net Photosynthetic Rate of Rice Research Under The Control of Farmland Water Levels
Abstract:The diurnal variation law and factors of photosynthetic rate of rice are investigated by the water-level control test of each growth stage of rice in evaporation-infiltration-test-pit. The daily variation of the net photosynthetic rate of the rice leave is affected by the water-level control. The photosynthetic rate of rice leave is reduced under water stress. The net photosynthetic rate of rice leave stricken by drought stress is rapidly recovery and sometime even higher than the normal under the normal water level. But the rice stricken by water logging is still lower than the normal rate. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate of rice leave is influenced by the intensity of photosynthetic active radiation and the shape of curve of it is an “M” under the condition of normal water-level and the Intensity of photosynthetic active radiation at noon more than 600μmol•m-2•s-1. But the shapes of curve of the rice whether under water stress or not is same and have a unimodal on the condition of the intensity of photosynthetic active radiation of the day lower than 600μmol•m-2•s-1. The photosynthetic rate of these two kinds of rice has little difference. But the rate of the rice leave under flooding and maintains a certain amount of leakage is faster than them.
