花状纳米Bi2WO6的制备及可见光催化性能研究

摘要:分别以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)表面活性剂为结构导向试剂,在水溶液中一步合成了由片自组装而成的类似花状的Bi2WO6微球结构;通过XRD,SEM,FT-IR,UV-vis等对产物的形貌、结构及性质进行了表征,结果表明在反应时间为17h时制备得到的样品为由片自组装而成的类似花瓣状的结构。研究了产物的紫外可见漫反射性质,发现样品对可见光的利用率提高了。并对反应机理进行了初步推测,提出Bi2WO6片是经过Ostwald水热熟化过程,较大晶核以较小晶核为生长基础并由于晶体生长过程中存在优势生长而形成的。考查了产物对罗丹明B(RhB)的降解活性,发现SDBS表面活性剂存在下制备出的Bi2WO6微晶结构在紫外和可见光(模拟太阳光)光照条件下对降解罗丹明染料的光催化活性较高。说明钨酸铋具有潜在的应用价值。

Synthesis and Photocatalysis of Flower-Like Nano-Bi2WO6
Abstract:Use of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) surfactant as structure directing agent respectively, similar piece flower-shaped structure Bi2WO6 microspheres are formed by the self-assembly in aqueous solution.According to the discussion of reaction time and surfactant factors affect on the product size and morphology, the nature of DRS from different products in different condition and the reaction mechanism can be speculated. With Rhodamine B (RhB) in the photocatalytic degradation reaction as a model reaction, the Bi2W06 photocatalytic activity prepared by hydrothermal synthesis has been studied.And it is noticed that Bi2W06 microcrystalline structure has higher activity on the photocataytic degradation of rhodamine dyes prepared by SDBS surfactant activity existence in the environment of ultraviolet and visible light. It indicates the acid bismuth owns potential applications.It indicates the acid bismuth owns potential applications.
