弹流润滑问题的自适应高阶间断有限元解

摘要:本文根据高阶间断有限元数值解的间断特点以及所采用的阶谱基函数的特性针对线接触弹流润滑问题的数值求解发展了两种简单且易实现的网格自适应方法,并采用Penalty方法来处理自由出流边界。数值结果证明该两种自适应方法的应用可以使得在应用很少未知数的情况下得到高精度的数值解。

Adaptive High Order Discontinuous Galerkin Solution of The Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Problems
Abstract:In this paper, two h-adaptivity methods are introduced for elastohydrodynamic lubrication line contact problems based on the the discontinuity and the property of the used basis functions. The penalty method is used to handle the free boundary condition. Numerical results indicate that both of these methods can give accurate solutions using low degrees of freedom.
