基于改进的频响曲率法和主元分析的结构损伤检测

摘要:本文论证了频响函数曲率法代替曲率模态法进行损伤定位的合理性,并提出了一种改进的频响曲率法。为了实现定量分析,提出了以结构损伤前后改进的频响曲率之差的绝对值作为损伤定位的基本参变量,利用主元分析和椭圆控制图来定位结构损伤的方法。该方法不需要模态,避免了模态拟合中的误差,只需对动测得到的频响函数进行处理。悬臂梁实验结果表明,提出的方法是可行的、有效的。

Structural Damage Detection Based on PCA and Improved FRF Curvature Method
Abstract:In this paper ,the rationality of Frequency response function (FRF) curvature method instead of mode curvature method for damage location is demonstrated, and an improved frequency response curvature method is proposed. In order to achieve quantitative analysis of detection identification result, a method of structural damage localization is proposed based on the principal component analysis and ellipse control chart using the absolute difference between Improved FRF Curvatures of the damaged and undamaged structure as basic variables.Since the proposed method does not need modal analysis and avoids the errors of modal extraction, it only deals with frequency response function. The result of cantilever experiment shows that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
