上海某中学不规则教学楼抗震加固方法探讨

摘要:本本文对上海某中学平面不规则教学楼的加固方法进行具体的介绍。该房屋为五层砌体结构,平面不规则(为L型),结构扭转效应明显。采用分割单元-增设砌体抗震墙加固方法将原房屋分为两个比较规则的结构;墙体加固采用钢筋网双面砂浆法,提高墙体的抗剪和轴压性能;原房屋构造柱设置的数量和位置不能满足现行规范要求,考虑不能占用过多的使用空间而影响其使用功能,结合原有墙体进行局部加强,增强结构的整体性。该房屋楼盖采用预应力混凝土预制空心板,采用增设钢筋混凝土整浇面层法加固。

Discussion on Seismic Strengthening Methods of One Irregular Teaching Building in Shanghai
Abstract:This paper wrote the seismic strengthening methods of one irregular teaching building in Shanghai. This building was a five-layer masonry structure the architecture plane of which was irregular resulting in torsion effect. One masonry seismic structural wall was built dividing it into two regular units. The brick walls were strengthened via mesh reinforcement cement mortar improved its compressive and shearing resistance. The number and the location of constructional columns were unreasonable. Part of the masonry walls were strengthened considering about its influence on the corridor. The floor of the building was composed of precast slab on the surface of which reinforced concrete was poured.
