基于PLC的分布式炉温控制系统的设计

摘要:温度传感器采集信号广泛应用于温度控制系统,在应用中采样模块是通过现场总线与PLC远程通讯的,PLC负责接收数据并进行处理,处理后数据由晶体管模块扫描输出。文章结合FX系列PLC的特点,介绍了由PLC和计算机构成的分布式控制系统,着重阐述了系统的硬件连接、通信形式和计算机与PLC的通信方法,并给出了部分程序设计过程。该系统对于用计算机控制PLC实现分布式炉温控制提供了可靠的手段。整个系统实现模块化,系统运行稳定、可靠。

Based on PLC Distributed Temperature Control System
Abstract:Data gathered by temperature sensors is widely used in temperature control system,sampling modules is communicated with PLC remotely by Field bus in application,PLC charges receiving and processing data,then data output is finished by transistors module.In combination with the characteristics of PLC FX series, a distributed control system formed by the PLC and the computer is introduced, especially the hardware connection, the way of communication and methods of computer and PLC communicating and parts of the program. The system provides a reliable means to a distributed temperature control. The total system hasrealized modules,system can run steadily and reliably.
