汽车座椅结构的轻量化设计

摘要:针对当前许多拓扑优化结构中存在的制造工艺问题,提出一种考虑挤压工艺约束和应力约束的拓扑优化模型。并采用该方法对座椅骨架进行轻量化设计,同时对新设计的座椅骨架进行了校核。分析结果表明,新的座椅结构在满足各项性能和挤压工艺约束的同时,达到了明显的轻量化效果。证明了该拓扑优化方法的可行性,也为汽车座椅的轻量化设计提供了建议。

The lightweight design of car seat sructure
Abstract:In view of the current existing manufacturing problem in the topology optimization, a topological optimization model that considers extrusion technology and the stress constraints is proposed. And then, we lightweight the seat skeleton by using this method and analys the new model. Analysis results show that the new seat not only meets the properties and the extrusion technology constraints, but also Achieves the lightweight effects. The design proveds the feasibility of the method of topological optimization, and also provides advices for the car seat lightweighting design.
