单折矩形膜的拉皱计算

摘要:轻质、柔性和可折叠的膜结构是目前大型宇航器结构设计的首选结构形式,但高效率折叠产生的皱折(具有明显折痕的塑性变形)对膜结构性能有很大影响。褶皱是膜结构常见的形变现象,它是典型的局部皱曲变形。褶皱和皱折两者如果耦合在一个区域,将会极大的降低结构的承力特性。此外,两者的耦合特性分析难度较大,需要同时考虑皱折的塑性特性以及褶皱的几何非线性特性。本文中通过修正两个皱折参数建立薄膜皱折模型,然后采用基于修正位移分量算法的直接扰动力模拟技术,进行单折矩形膜的拉皱计算,计算结果与纯平面薄膜拉皱计算结果比较表明,皱折会改变薄膜中载荷的传递路径并进一步影响褶皱变形。皱折相当于提高了折痕方向的薄膜弯曲刚度并对褶皱的扩展产生直接的抑制作用。本文的研究结果对薄膜结构的受力分析及褶皱控制具有重要的参考价值。

Tension-wrinkling analysis of rectangular membrane with a single crease
Abstract:At present, membrane structures with characteristics of lightweight, flexibility and folding are one of the preferred design styles of large spacecraft structures. The creases from the high folding have great influences on the structural performances. The wrinkles are typical local buckling deformations. The structural load-carrying ability will be extremely decreased when the wrinkles and the creases are simultaneously occurred in one region. In addition, analysis of the wrinkling-creasing interactions is also difficult because of the interaction of the plasticity of the crease and the geometric nonlinearity of the wrinkle. In this paper, we establish a crease model by modifying two creased parameters at first. The wrinkling analysis of a rectangular with a single crease under edge tension is then performed by using the direct-perturbed force technique. The results are compared with those from the pristine membrane and shown that the crease will change the load-transfer path and the wrinkling configurations. The crease amounts to improve the bending stiffness in the crease direction and further impedes the occurrence and the evolution of the wrinkles. The conclusions are the important references to the structural design and wrinkling control of the membrane structures.
