基于主成分分析的摩托车声品质影响因素研究

摘要:本文运用主成分分析方法,对五款150cc摩托车不同转速下驾驶员双耳处的声音特征参量进行分析,提取出3个主要特征因子;采用评分法以驾驶员双耳处的声音样本为对象组织了主观评价试验,得到每个声音样本的主观偏好性分值。针对每个声样本的特征因子得分和主观偏好性分值进行相关分析,结果表明:调制因子,高频因子,能量因子分别在发动机转速为1500rpm,3000rpm,5000rpm时对150cc摩托车声品质影响最大,且均与主观偏好性分值之间呈较强的负相关关系。因此,在改善150cc摩托车声品质时,应根据转速不同对声音进行有针对性的改进。

Influence factors research of motorcycles sound quality
Abstract:The three main characteristic factors can be extracted by analyzing the characteristic parameters of the noise samples which was acquired near the driver’s binaural position of 150cc motorcycles at different engine speed through the principal component analysis (PCA). The jury test was organized through rating scale method and the subjective preference scales of the noise samples was obtained. Then, the correlation analysis between the main characteristic factors and the subjective preference scales were carried out. It shows that modulation factor, high frequency factor, energy factor, strongly negative-correlation with the subjection preferences scales factor, have greatest influence on sound quality of 150cc motorcycles at rotating speed 1500rpm, 3000rpm and 5000rpm, respectively. Hence, pertinence measurements according to different rotating speed should be made to improve the sound quality of 150cc motorcycles.
