聚合物前驱体法制备铌酸钠钾粉体的研究

摘要:本文采用聚合物前驱体法制备了K0.5Na0.5NbO3超细陶瓷粉体,研究了K-Na-Nb溶胶的制备和稳定条件;讨论了K、Na过量、煅烧温度及时间对K0.5Na0.5NbO3超细陶瓷粉体合成的影响。结果表明:当柠檬酸与金属离子物质的量比CA:Mn+=3:1,柠檬酸和乙二醇物质的量比CA:EG=1:2,PH控制在5~8,温度在150℃内可以得到稳定的、均匀透明的溶胶。K :Na=1:1,(K+Na)/Nb=1.6的溶胶经过600℃×2h煅烧后,可以合成纯钙钛矿相的KNN粉体。粉体的平均粒径约为200nm。

Study on preparing potassium sodium niobate ceramic powder by polymeric precursor methord
Abstract:In this paper, the potassium sodium niobate ceramic powder was prepared by the polymeric precursor methord. The preparation and stability of K-Na-Nb precursor sol, excessiveness of K、Na, and the calcined temperature and time of powder were studied.The results showed that homogeneous precursor sol with no precipitate could be achieved at PH=5~8 and temperature<150℃,with the molar ratio of metal cations /CA=3/1 and CA/EG=1/2.KNN powders could be obtained at 600℃ for 2h, with the malor ratio of K/Na =1/1, (K+Na)/Nb=1.6.The powders showed pure perovskite phase with the grain of about 200nm.
