固硫剂对燃煤动力学参数的影响的研究

摘要:本文选取山西亮煤作为实验用煤,主要讨论了固硫剂氢氧化钙和电石渣的固硫效果。根据煤样的燃烧特性,本文研究了固硫剂对煤样动力学参数(主要是活化能和指前因子)的影响。比较分析不同固硫剂之间对动力学参数的影响,为燃煤固硫提供可行性实验分析。实验表明原煤加入固硫剂对于固硫反应是不利的,但是同时指前因子也随着增大了,这将有利于固硫反应。加入固硫剂后,固硫率都得到提高,由此可知,指前因子A对于固硫反应的影响大于表观活化能E的影响。

Research on the role of sulfur-fixing agents in kinetic parameterof coal-burning
Abstract:This paper selects bright coal in Shanxi as research object, mainly discusses the Sulfur under the desulfurization agent of calcium hydroxide and calcium carbide sludge.In this paper, it studies the influence of the kinetic parameters (mainly the activation energy and pre-factor) under the sulfur-fixing agents based on the combustion characteristic of coal sample. Comparing the different kinetic parameters under the sulfur-fixing agents, it can afford the feasible experimental analysis for desulfurization of coal-burning. Experiments show that adding sulfur coal desulfurization agent is detrimental to the desulfurization reaction, but at the same time the pre-exponential factor also increases, which will benefit desulfurization. The sulfur retention will improved with the sulfur-fixing agents, therefore, the pre-exponential factor A for the desulfurization reaction is greater than the apparent activation energy E.
