国内粮食作物检测中近红外光谱的最新应用进展

摘要:自近红外光谱技术产生以来,随着光谱分析技术的发展和化学计量学的进步,极大的促进了近红外光谱技术的迅速发展和推广应用,以其检测速度快、无损、低成本等优势在众多领域得以广泛应用。本文简要介绍了近红外光谱技术的检测原理,综述了该技术在国内小麦、稻米、玉米、大豆等主要粮食作物检测中的最新应用进展,最后对该技术所技术存在问题和发展趋势进行了探讨和展望。

The latest domestic applications of NIRS to the detection of grain crops
Abstract:Since Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)appeared, as the development of spectroscopy analysis and the great improvement of chemometrics, NIRS is promoted a lot and widely applied in many fields for its advantages, like faster detection, non-destructive, low cost etc. This paper introduces the principle of detection of NIRS, reviews its recent domestic applications to the detection of some of main grain crops like wheat, rice, maize, soy bean and discusses its future development.
