溶胀预处理对低阶煤液化性能的影响

摘要:本文选用东北褐煤和内蒙古长焰煤两种低阶煤种作为研究煤样。通过对煤样用异丙醇溶剂和四氢呋喃溶剂进行溶胀预处理,研究不同溶剂和溶胀时间对煤液化反应性能的影响规律,确立适宜的溶胀剂和溶胀时间。研究结果表明,对于东北褐煤而言,溶胀时间在24h可以得到较好的溶胀效果,而内蒙古长焰煤溶胀时间在48h可以得到较好的溶胀效果。不同煤种与溶胀剂的组合的液化效果不同,东北褐煤更适合用四氢呋喃做溶胀剂的处理,相反内蒙古长焰煤则更适合异丙醇的溶胀作用。

Influence of swelling pretreatment on low-rank coal liqufaction reactivity
Abstract: In this paper, the low-level coal of Northeast lignite and Neimongguo long flame coal were selected as the coal sample.Through swelling pretreatment of the coal samples with THF and IPA solvent respectively, different solvents and swelling time on the properties of coal liquefaction reaction rule was studied, and establish appropriate swelling agent and swelling time. The results show that Northeast lignite can have a better swelling effect in 24h, but the better swelling effect of Neimongguo long flame coal is 48h. Different coal and swelling agent have a combination of different effects of liquefaction, Northeast lignite is suitable for the treatment of THF swelling agent, but Neimongguo long flame coal is more suitable for swelling of IPA solvent.
