催化剂对宝日煤液化性能的影响

摘要:本文主要针对煤炭直接液化技术直接的和潜在的迫切需求,采用宝日低硫褐煤作为煤直接液化的研究煤样,研究内容包括:在液化过程中助剂硫对铁系催化剂的液化影响,以及不同的催化剂对宝日褐煤液化性能的影响作用。研究结果表明:由于助剂硫的存在促进了煤的加氢液化。宝日褐煤在钼系催化剂下的催化性能高于在铁系下的催化性能。

Liquefaction reactivity influence law of Baori coal with catalyst
Abstract:This experimental study mainly aims at the coal direct liquefication technology and the latent urgent demand,low sulphur coal of Baori lignite was used as direct liquefaction coal. The research has been focused on:The liquefaction influence was studied of iron catalyst with Sulphur in the liquefaction process, and Liquefied performance of Baori lignite was used to study with different catalysts. Research results show that: Due to the existence of sulfur additives, coal hydrogenation liquefaction was promoted. Liquefied performance of Baori lignite with the properties of molybdenum catalyst l was better than that of iron catalyst.
