柴油机热力循环能量平衡分析和火用分析

摘要:本文详细解析了柴油机的能量平衡方程和火用方程,并以8L21/31柴油机为研究对象,通过对柴油机性能的分析,建立了仿真模型。并通过仿真数据与试验数据的对比验证了模型的正确性,利用仿真过程得到的数据结合能量平衡理论和火用分析理论对1#缸100%负荷时的能量利用情况进行了研究,为柴油的节能指明了方向。

Energy Balance Analysis and Exergy Analysis of Diesel Engine Thermodynamic Cycle
Abstract:This paper analyses the energy balance equation and Exergy equation of diesel engine. Based on the analysis of engine performance, an engine simulation model was developed by the software Boost. Validity of the model was verified through the comparison of the simulation data and test data, energy utilization of No. 1 cylinder on 100% load was studied by the simulation data and theory of energy balance and Exergy Analysis. Through the above analysis points out the direction of energy saving.
