准二级动力学模型用于SBA-15对溶菌酶的吸附研究

摘要:本文研究了在不同溶菌酶起始浓度下SBA-15对溶菌酶(LYZ)溶液的吸附行为。准二级动力学模型的线性和非线性回归方法的对比来研究SBA-15对溶菌酶的吸附。讨论了四个准二级动力学线性方程,使用线性方法得到的动力学参数是不同的,但是使用非线性方法则是相同的。线性回归分析表明,4型表达式不能用于描述SBA-15对溶菌酶的吸附动力学,1-3型表达式均具有较高的R2值,表明SBA-15对溶菌酶的吸附遵循准二级吸附动力学,因为2型表达式具有最低的均方根误差(RMSE)值,而且平衡吸附量qe的预测值与实验值十分相近,所以它是用来描述SBA-15吸附溶菌酶的最优表达式。结果表明:回归分析中仅使用参数R2来评价拟合效果是不充分的,非线性方法是获得满意动力学参数的更好方法。

Pseudo-second order kinetic model for the sorption of lysozyme onto SBA-15
Abstract:The adsorption behavior of lysozyme (LYZ) on pure silica mesoporous materials SBA-15 under various initial concentration of LYZ solutions. A comparison between linear and non-linear regression method of pseudo-second-order kinetic model was used to investigate the sorption of LYZ onto SBA-15. Four pseudo-second order kinetic linear equations were discussed,kinetic parameters obtained from four linear equations using the linear method differed but they were the same when non-linear method was used. Linear regression analysis indicates that Type 4 expression could not represent the LYZ onto SBA-15 , very high R2 values for Type 1-3 expression suggestes that the LYZ sorption onto SBA-15 follows the pseudo-second order kinetic model,type 2 expression is the very optimum kinetic expression to represent the LYZ biosorption onto SBA-15 due to the minimum RMSE values and very similar values between prediction values and experimental values of equilibrium adsorption capacites qe. Results show that it is not sufficient to evaluate fit only using R2 and the non-linear method may be a better way to obtain the desired kinetic parameters.
